  • Overview

    Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities including receiving, processing and distributing incoming retail merchandise to retail outlets of Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. They will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

    Ultimately, being able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.


    • Direct warehouse personnel in daily activities to maintain proper inventory flow to retail locations and external customers. Communicate job expectations and coach employees. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities, along with planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions.
    • Operate all inventory management tools including NetSuite and Ozlink.  Maintaining inventory accuracy along with bin (row/rack/bin) management.
    • Execute daily pick tickets.  Ensuring all stores receive pick ticket within 24 hours.
    • Assist in preparation and implementation of annual physical inventory and reconciliation.
    • Perform monthly cycle counts.
    • Conduct all activities adhering to company safety and housekeeping regulations. Ensure the safest possible organization by eliminating environmental and behavioral risks.  Making sure the warehouse is maintained in a clean, neat and organized state at all times.
    • Communicate effectively and promptly throughout the organization, i.e. corporate and store teams.
    • Deliver received items to department using appropriate vehicle, i.e.

    tow motor, small or large hand truck, company van, etc. following proper safety standards. 

    • Receive all incoming merchandise, document receipt accuracy and distribute to assigned locations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.



    •  High school graduate or equivalent required.


    • One year of experience warehouse inventory experience involving Receiving, Inventory Picking and Distribution. Supervisory experience preferred.
    • Strong communication skills required.
    •  Forklift experience—Certified Operator Training a plus.
    •  Strong Mathematical and Computer skills required.
    •  Excellent attendance, self-motivation and ability to work independently a must.


    • Valid TN Drivers License and a satisfactory driving record, required 
    • This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
