- Restock the bars with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc.
- Restock concession stands with product needed for show
- Check the draft beers to make sure they're working and that they're not empty. If they're empty, change the kegs.
- Get trash cans and towels
- Make sure that the warehouse beer cooler is clean and organized
- Maintain liquor closet and stock rooms, prepare bars/concession stands for next event/show date
- Ensure that the inventory of the drinks at the bar are well stocked
- Maintain bar area for bartenders during peak hours, by stocking bar with supplies complying to neat and organized standards
- Provided prompt, efficient, friendly, and quality service at all times
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50lbs
