The Restaurant Manager is responsible for all daily operational and guest experiences for the Opry Entertainment Group’s newest iconic experience, Ole Red (a restaurant, bar and entertainment destination) located in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. This position works hand in hand with the GM on development, implementation and execution of the business strategies. This will include all aspects of unit operations: service strategy, operational budget and sales strategies, culinary, restaurant/bar and banquets/catering. This individual will grow revenue and maximize the financial performance of Ole Red through the delivery of outstanding products and exceptional service.
