Sales Manager will represent and sell the attractions (primarily Grand Ole Opry, Opry House Tours, Ryman Auditorium Tours, General Jackson Showboat/ Ole Red) and be responsible for private event sales at our attraction venues. They will be the representative of the Grand Ole Opry Entertainment Group to distinct group market segments, primarily weddings, bachelorette, local social and family groups. This position will handle events and ticketing needs for Grand Ole Opry Entertainment Group through non-professional channels from the surrounding area. This position will also be responsible for group ticketing and private event sales through participation in consumer driven area events (Southern Women’s Show, Wedding Shows, etc.) The Sales Manager will work to acquire new clients, retain existing clients and recover lost business for Grand Ole Opry Entertainment Group. Lead prospecting via online mining will be an important aspect of this position.
