The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Food & Beverage Operations will provide strategic vision and dynamic leadership for all food and beverage operations within the Opry Entertainment Group division. This individual will be responsible for the maximization of growth and profitability in our existing operations: Ole Red and Opry City Stage restaurants, as well as the food and beverage offerings at the Ryman Auditorium (Concessions and Café Lula) and the Grand Ole Opry House (Concessions, Back Porch Barbeque food truck and VIP Lounge). The SVP will ensure our venues consistently deliver flawless food and beverage execution, engaging live entertainment and a seamless brand experience. Additionally, he/she will partner with senior leadership to effectively develop and expand our restaurant concepts into new domestic and international markets.
