The Restaurant Manager is responsible for daily operations and guest experiences for our newest iconic experience, Ole Red (a 16,000-square foot multi-level restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination) located in Nashville, Tennessee. This individual will have the unique privilege of getting in on the ground floor of this new endeavor scheduled to open late Spring 2018. This role will work in close partnership with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and the General Manager (GM) on the development, implementation and execution of the business strategies – to include service and sales strategies, operational budget, restaurants/bars and banquets/catering.
