The Email Marketing Manager will develop and oversee a comprehensive email marketing and customer relationship management strategy for all Opry Entertainment brands. The work will achieve company objectives, grow the customer database, improve customer retention, and drive incremental sales. The Manager will take ownership of customer communications for all OEG brands and business units, and will work closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies seeing them through to execution and analysis. The Manager will collaborate and communicate frequently with several teams including digital marketing, creative services, IT services, and on-site teams for each brand. This role involves a mix of self-directed and collaborative work.
