The Website Coordinator will work with Opry Entertainment Group Website Manager to maintain a seamless user experience and ensure that information is up-to-date on all OEG brand websites and external sites. The Coordinator will assist Email and CRM Manager with content planning and execution. The Coordinator will assist the digital marketing team in content creation and development, promotion building, etc.


  • Work with brand management teams to ensure that information remains current and consistent across all OEG brand websites, and contribute to website redesign projects and new site builds.
  • Assist with online promotions including development of sponsor/partner promotions, writing/editing various editorial features and promotional banners, and working with others to add site content including calendar updates frequently.
  • Work with social media team to ensure that marketing campaigns and promotions are consistently promoted across all digital channels, create formal recaps for management, and report on successes.
  • Assess brand presence on external websites and provide updated content and corrections as needed.
  • Conduct frequent website audits for all brands to ensure every page is up-to-date and operational.
  •  Assist Email and CRM Manager with content planning, link creation, data collection, and analysis.
  • Assist with SEM and digital advertising development including landing page optimization, copywriting, and coordinating meetings with agencies.
  • Assist with SEO efforts on all OEG web properties including page meta tagging and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and respond to customer ratings and reviews on sites like TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and Yelp.
  • Assist with marketing projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.


  • 2+ years related experience

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with website editing tools, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEM and SEO
  • Professional experience with email marketing and social media
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)
