Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide polite and courteous service to all guests.
  • Timely follow up with all customer communication, including emails and phone calls. Communicate any issues/returns to Retail Operations Manager.
  • Assist in providing timely fulfillment of orders placed through our online stores. Prepares all orders that are received via online stores for shipment, including but not limited to picking merchandise, preparing for shipment, applying shipping labels and the appropriate postage.
  • Learn and know the product collections that are carried in each location.  Become proficient in the stock we carry to better assist all guests. 
  • Provide the management team with customer comments and feedback about the merchandise, offerings and experiences of our online guests
  • Communicate any escalated Customer Service issues to the Warehouse/Logistics Manager and Ecommerce Manager for timely resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:            

  • HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:         

  • At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.  Possess an outgoing personality and an aptitude for service.  Be a self-starter and a problem-solver.
