The Ecommerce Coordinator will work with all aspects of the Opry Entertainment branded websites (,,,,, and as added) to ensure related content and merchandise assortments are accurate, current and to ensure they are being optimized. The Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in the Digital Marketing arena in content creation and development (including website, promotion building and more) in addition to assistance with search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and various forms of digital advertising and optimization.


  • Own the end-to-end management of shop and product experiences on all Opry Entertainment owned retail sites (including uploading, deleting and modification of all shops, photography/digital content, promotional and SKU set-up, etc.)
  • Support the business by managing the execution of website projects, maintenance requests and customer service and usability concerns including product page enhancements and suggestive selling tools, editorial content features and navigational enhancements for assigned areas of the business
  • In conjunction with Marketing and Creative teams, develop and execute strategy for updated visual asset management including developing new store and category level visual standards and best practice for obtaining assets
  • In working with the merchandise teams, perform regular analysis of business for item and/or category opportunities including the growth of online only items and categories
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities through our retail site experience
  • Assist with digital advertising development and analysis
  • Assist with our email content and email marketing program, including assistance with writing/editing weekly email blasts and linking strategies
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with cross-functional partners to recap business results and follow up on actions to drive category growth
  • Monitor ecommerce and digital marketing trends, while identifying new opportunities
  • Assist with retail and marketing projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Business or Marketing preferred


  • Two or more years related experience.
  • Ability to be independent, yet team-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality work
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good product sensibility and ability to merchandise sites in a visually appealing way
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines


Technical Skills:

  • Experience with website editing tools, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Content Management Systems; Magento preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
