Overview

The Retail Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of product development, operations and ecommerce initiatives.  This position reports to the VP but also provides assistance to the overall retail team with a focus on the administrative needs of the departments.

Responsibilities

  • Order supplies, Track expenses, process invoices and maintain budget reports.
  • Manage Calendar and Meeting scheduling and meeting preparation
  • Manage and maintain product flow and product sample room organization, including vendor deliveries,
  • charge backs, and labeling of each sample
  • Daily support for VP/Directors with scheduling, event planning, project coordination, travel, expense reports
  • Work with stores to facilitate requests and on site needs.
  • Key go to person for store, vendor and guest calls.  Identify solution or direct to the expert team member
  • Maintain on line files and organization
  • Ensure team receives daily, weekly, monthly reports
  • Aid in item set up and PO creation as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience in retail.

Experience:

  • Two or more years related experience. Strong Micro Soft skills necessary, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) working knowledge of online project management tool (i.e.: Microsoft Project, Asana) Graphic design abilities a plus.
