Overview

Responsible for leading and developing the E-Commerce strategy, financial goals, site development and maintenance, merchandising, promotions and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall website management, design and enhancements including external brand integrations and overall P&L
  • Utilize KPI analytics to execute E-Commerce best practices and meet sales, conversion, acquisition and site speed goals.
  • Manage online fulfillment processes such as customer communications, cart abandonment follow-up, shipping contracts etc.
  • Optimize search results and category navigation to ensure product relevancy.
  • Responsible for fostering collaborative partnerships (internally and externally) including merchandising, product development, marketing and third-party developments.
  • Manage SEM/SEO and target ROI goals.
  • Manage promotions and digital needs using merchandising reports to generate digital marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with buyers, planner, product managers and operations to oversee inventory loads, exit strategies and fulfillment.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

 

Experience:

3 to 5 years of management experience in direct to consumer ecommerce website business. Background in digital merchandising. Google analytics and Magento platform experience. HTML preferred
