The Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner will source, screen and lead the recruitment of new talent into our growing organization. This individual will partner with their hiring leaders throughout the length of the recruiting process, ultimately resulting in the successful selection and acquisition of top talent for our company. The TA Business Partner will build hiring strategies and scale recruitment efforts to meet the demands of our growth, while aligning with our guiding principles and corporate vision. This is a highly visible and dynamic position that offers a diverse understanding of our overall business via the unique perspectives garnered while collaborating with the individual departments and venues.


  • Provide hiring leaders with strategic direction and consultative support to help them determine specific staffing needs, shape effective job descriptions/postings, establish ideal candidate profiles, select appropriate interview teams and evaluate interview feedback
  • Identify, engage and maximize a myriad of recruiting resources such as educational institutions, employment organizations, professional associations, media sources, online job boards, databases, social media, job fairs, etc.
  • Create and deploy engaging, on-trend marketing, sourcing and networking strategies to actively promote our employment brand, advertise our opportunities and attract active and passive candidates
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the Talent Acquisition function; including but not limited to identifying and implementing process efficiencies as
  • well as building and maintaining data-driven reporting/metrics to measure results and evaluate ROIs
  • Drive operational excellence within Talent Acquisition to ensure a positive customer and candidate experiences
  • Contribute to workforce planning efforts by partnering with leaders to determine staffing needs and forecasts
  • Share insight with leaders on how they can maximize their own professional networks to attract top talent
  • Partner with the TA team to deliver a top-notch internship program
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in recruiting or staffing required
  • Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) preferred
