Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Manager on all concert marketing plans, including promotions, concert collateral, budgeting, ad plans & media tickets.  The Coordinator will be responsible for all building wide signage including creation and maintenance of digital signage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain digital and static signage throughout building, including all marquees, lobby shadowboxes, and auditorium projectors.  Aid general manager with creation and maintenance of building signage.  Work with IT to oversee maintenance as needed on signage software and hardware. 
  • Work with advertising & promotions manager to ensure proper execution of show-focused marketing plans including requesting promotional proposals from advertising partners, distributing artist-approved collateral to partners as needed, and allocation of media tickets.
  • Code and file any incoming marketing invoices and assist with month-end accounting and setting up new vendors.
  • Help Advertising & Prom.otions Manager maintain budgets and compile marketing settlements for concerts.
  • Oversee artwork management from acquisition of approved assets to distribution to necessary team members and partners.
  • Proof artwork and copy in marketing collateral to ensure proper grammar and adherence to brand guidelines and sponsor commitments.
  • Maintain Hatch closet inventory; log new and existing content.
  • Serve as backup to advertising and promotions manager.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience:

  • 1-2 years related experience.
  • Ability to be independent, yet team-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality work
  • Strong work ethic
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with website editing tools, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Professional experience with social media
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
