The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Ryman website and social media platforms as well as third party sites to ensure Ryman-related content is accurate and current and to ensure they are being optimized.  The Coordinator is also responsible for assisting in the Digital Marketing arena in content creation and development (including website and promotion, building and more) and assistance with concert and museum digital marketing.  The coordinator will act as a liaison between the OEG Director of Communications and the Ryman.


  • Keep content on website and mobile app up-to-date with correct artist billing, show dates, and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in content planning, creation, maintenance, and monitoring of all Ryman social media platforms.
  • Maintain budgets for concert-focused social spending and compile screenshots of completed campaigns for marketing settlements.
  • Contribute to creating and building of websites, assisting with online promotions, including development of sponsor and partner promotions.
  • Monitor and work with others to ensure Ryman information on third-party websites is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with digital advertising development and analysis.
  • Assist with email content and email marketing program, including assistance with compiling weekly email blast and maintaining the Ryman email database.
  • Assist with digital advertising development and analysis.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends/identify and implement new opportunities.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field


  • 1-2 years related experience.
  • Ability to be independent, yet team-oriented.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality work
  • Strong work ethic
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with website editing tools, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Professional experience with social media
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
