The Lead Designer crafts the look, tone and feel of emerging and established brands in conjunction with key stakeholders, other members of the Creative and Marketing teams as well as external vendors. Everything we do, from developing advertising, website and email images, logos, collateral, presentations, and other marketing, sales, and promotional materials should reflect the Opry, Opry City Stage, Ryman, WSM, Ole Red, Hee Haw and Opry Entertainment brands while achieving the objectives of specific programs and initiatives. The design lead is responsible for helping to ensure brand standards are met across all marketing disciplines and contributing to work generated by brand marketing partners, sponsors, various internal departments, and others through a variety of brand experiences. Agency experience preferred. A love of retail, installation art, storytelling and music are all bonuses.
