  • Overview

    Responsible for managing the operation of the OEG Retail Warehouse, providing leadership and supervision to all warehouse personnel.  Responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory balances by implementing and adhering to sound inventory control systems and practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees all warehouse functions.  Responsible for training all warehouse staff on same functions as appropriate
    • Merchandise distribution: Ensure all locations receive merchandise in timely manner to minimize lost sales. Ensure deliveries to wholesalers and distribution partners are timely and accurate.
    • Manage online fulfillment for all locations and distribution partners.
    • Maintain organization of the warehouse, ensuring that all merchandise is stored in a clearly labeled area and the appropriate row/rack/bin.
    • Maintain the performance of all equipment including safety checks on equipment and vehicles. 
    • Oversees physical inventory processes for the warehouse including proper organization and inventory preparation as required.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • High school graduate, college preferred.

    Experience:

    • Warehouse Management required. 
    • Basic computer skills required.
    • Strong mathematical skills required. 
    • Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills required.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    • Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record required.
    • Powered Industrial Truck (OSHA) certification preferred.
    • This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
