Plan, organize and manage Custodial duties for the Grand Ole Opry House, Opry Call Center, Box Office, Acuff House, Retail warehouse and WSM 650 AM radio offices. Includes all areas of cleaning, safety, sustainability, long-term planning, budget, purchasing, staffing and payroll. Ensures the facilities are cleaned, well maintained and safe to the highest levels daily for our guests and employees. Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained. Responsible for research, procurement and on-going management of out-source partners for the custodial department.
