To work with the F&B Manager and F&B supervisor to ensure that Opry House backstage hospitality needs are consistently fulfilled in a professional and timely manner.
Properly set up dressing rooms, production office, catering area, and all other backstage areas for scheduled events. Maintain areas throughout the day and ensure they are properly restored for the next day. Communicate any security, housekeeping or maintenance issues to the appropriate department and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Attention to detail is very important.
Greet backstage guests at the start of each event load-in to assist with the assigning of dressing rooms, backstage hospitality placement, etc. Act as liaison throughout the day, providing polite and courteous service. Must be familiar with Opry policies, history, upcoming events, etc
Read and execute riders as provided by tours and rental clients.
Shop for items that appear on artist riders, adhering to allocated budgets.
Take pre and post event drink inventories.
Assist with laundry for tours and clients.
Occasionally will receive and verify F & B deliveries from vendors.
Provide flawless guest service standards to tours and clients.
Assist in service during onsite catering events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Minimum one year experience in customer service required.
Good oral and listening communication skills required.
Superior attention to detail and organization.
Ability to deal with confidential information.
Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record required.
Ability to legally purchase all items that appears on artist riders, including alcohol.
