This position will work closely with the Content team to manage the planning and production of digital content, work with third party distribution channels on promotion of the content, and be a primary artist and label relations contact tied to content development initiatives and promotion. The manager will also assist the Director in the execution of digital initiatives and in exploring new digital/mobile technologies and opportunities.


  • Partner with the producers and editors to coordinate internal and external resources to produce and deliver digital content, maintaining production and promotional calendars to ensure timelines are aligned and deadlines are met. 
  • Manage digital content supply flow to optimize viewership metrics and partnership programs. This requires working with promotional partners (e.g. Rolling Stone, Townsquare Media) vendors (e.g., FullScreen, outside video editors) and platform partners (YouTube).
  • Manage artist, label and partner relations tied to content initiatives including booking talent, scheduling shoots, coordinating content releases and aligning promotional support, as well as with the content approval process. 
  • Liaise with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that the content team is fulfilling their content requests in a timely manner, that content-specific priorities and initiatives are communicated and integrated into social media, website and email programming as appropriate, and to contribute content ideas as part of overall marketing and retail planning. 
  • Track, interpret and report analytics for digital properties.
  • Work with Director, Digital Business Development monitor competitive digital landscape and regularly report on observations and trends that may help inform overall digital strategy.
  • Assist in exploring and vetting new technologies, partners and opportunities related to digital/mobile platforms and properties.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field


  • 2+ years in the music/entertainment industry and/or within digital marketing preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
  • Ability to be independent, yet team-oriented.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written, interpersonal, presentation) skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high quality work
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
