The Database Marketing Manager will spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of the new Opry Entertainment Group Customer Data Platform. The role will require strategic planning and research regarding the utilization of customer data to inform marketing strategy, business and product development decisions, and sponsorship valuation. The Manager must identify new and existing data sources to verify validity and monitor collection methods to ensure compliance. The Manager will collaborate and communicate frequently with several teams including digital marketing, customer service, sales, IT services, and on-site teams for each brand.
