Provide world class hospitality and service to guests who come to events and functions at the Ryman Auditorium. Duties are specified in the SST, and include verifying tickets, serving as an usher to assist guests with seating location, distribution of approved handouts, assisting with crowd and photography control, responding to guest’s questions, assisting with providing a clean facility during and after events. Responsible for prompt response and appropriate action in emergency situations.
Must be able to work every Thursday and Sunday starting from the date of hire through April 28
Must work two Saturdays a month (employee choice)
Must be able to work four of the following dates: March 8, March 9, March 13, March 14, March 15, March 16, and March 17
Must be able to work ALL of the following dates: April 19, April 20, April 21
**If the employee wants to join the Ryman house staff after April 28, they may be offered a part time position based on merit and attendance.
