  • Overview

    Assists in the development and administration of all compensation programs, including job evaluations, participating in salary surveys, annual ICP calculation, merit increase process and administering related processes.


    • Develop and maintain all job documentation, including job descriptions and job titles (with standard naming conventions). Develops and implements process to ensure that descriptions are regularly updated and are compliant with internal standards and applicable laws and regulations.
    • Works closely with HR business partners, recruiting and business leaders to drive and influence compensation strategy within organization.
    • Complete annual compensation survey data input and evaluate pay for positions (individually and all jobs on an annual basis) by analyzing resulting market survey information.
    • Lead and manage annual pay evaluation, salary increase, and incentive plan payout for the organization - from developing Excel tool for manager, through decision-making, approvals, and roll-up to payroll for payout.
    • Collects and maintains plan documents for all internal incentive programs, analyzes target and payout data, works collaboratively with Finance and business leaders to ensure program effectiveness.
    • Ensure effective equity program management, including plan design, documentation, communication to participants.
    • Assists with development and implementation and maintains market competitive compensation and benefit programs to enhance the recruitment and retention of quality employees.
    • Keeps abreast of market conditions and compensation trends.
    • Leads training for all compensation programs.
    • Other duties, as assigned.




    • BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent additional experience


    • Five or more years of experience in Compensation
    • Experience managing compensation programs

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including negotiation skills
    • Excellent analytical and project management skills
    • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and quality
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and control multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines with minimal guidance
    • Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel)
    • Leadership ability
    • Excellent judgment regarding the balance between maintaining appropriate controls and meeting customer needs
