Celebrating the laid-back, fun-loving Southern Oklahoma lifestyle, the brand’s first location opened in Shelton’s hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, serving up Shelton-inspired food, drink, music, apparel and home goods. The brand is anchored by a 26,000-square-foot restaurant and entertainment venue in the heart of Music City’s famed Lower Broadway, featuring a two-story bar and restaurant, retail area, state-of-the-art performance space, dance floor, private event space and expansive rooftop.     Responsibilities

    • Perform basic to more advanced knife skills (i.e. slice, chop, mince, julienne, dice,) in the preparation and production of food items
    • Prepare and produce baked and pastry items according to established standards as assigned
    • Clean and organize walk-in coolers, food production areas, equipment, and general kitchen areas
    • Read tickets from the printer/KDS and produce product as described by manager and as shown in information books provided
    • Provide support to the front line, following guidelines given by management
    • Store food and chemicals appropriately
    • Perform according to HACCP, OSHA and sanitation guidelines
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

    Experience:

    • Previous culinary experience preferred

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Must have the ability to read
    • Ability to properly set a station Mise en place (set in place, having all your ingredients prepped and ready to go before you start cooking)
