  • Overview

    The Screens Producer will be essential to improving and impacting guest experience through ongoing planning, creating and manipulating of strategic content via screen-based touchpoints across all venues. This role will be a good fit for a person who loves music, understands the importance of storytelling, can learn and utilize production-related platforms and be an advocate for creating meaningful experiences for our guests.  As an entertainment and hospitality company committed to guest experience – including the near century of creating incredible guest experiences for Opry guests at live shows or across the world via radio - every touchpoint matters. Service, food, performance, retail, branded environments, exhibits and more all mix to create a guest experience that is greater than the sum of the parts. This role would be a key player in helping connect those through a branded, coherent, strategic and engaging content display within venues. This role requires strong collaboration with Artist programming, Marketing, Content, Creative, Sponsorship and Operations.


    • Day-to-day management and monitoring of screen content for all venues including all Ole Red locations, the Opry House (Briley Parkway, lobbies, concession stands, box office, possibly gift shop), and the Ryman Auditorium.
    • Curate or program the best mix of video content for all screens throughout OEG’s venues and properties. This content includes entertainment content (archival Opry footage, OEG produced content, artist music videos, sporting events, etc), marketing content (UpShow/social integration, still marketing slides, marketing videos, 3rd party messages, etc) and operational content (menus, hours of operation, special announcements, etc)
    • Stay abreast of what the audiences in OEG properties want and need to see & hear in each location (with understanding of differences between locations, time of day, etc.)
    • Capability to weave a narrative that creates a positive guest experience using the available and required content
    • Ability to work with all stakeholders (programming, venue management, design, content, marketing, social/digital team, operations) to create the right content mix.
    • Capable of simple content modifications (e.g. changing or resizing images, writing captions) as part of programming function
    • Work closely with brand managers to monitor UPshow spotlight scheduling including all marketing graphics and video clips for the venues
    • Audit and report performance back to leadership team against strategic objectives
    • Plan and execute against asset alignment and budget planning
    • Other duties, as assigned



    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.


    • Minimum of 2 years in video programming or strategic marketing role
    • Demonstrated experience programming content (video and/or audio)

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Understanding of music industry or entertainment related content (e.g. production, social media, radio, streaming platform).
    • Marketing and/or production background a plus.
    • Proficient in basic photo (Photoshop) and video editing skills (PremierPro)
    • A robust knowledge of BrightSign (digital signage media player) or have an advanced technical sense to develop a robust knowledge of BrightSign
    • Previous experience working with and advocating amongst key stakeholders
