  • Overview

    This position will assist in day-to-day operations of the Ticketing Administration team which supports our Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium and Ole Red brands.  It will provide the opportunity to interact with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Customer Service and Box Office departments. 

    Responsibilities

    • Revise / reformat existing website copy and send for approval
    • Develop a mechanism for an Opry Events Calendar across all brands
    • Monitor package inventory and notify departments when nearing capacity
    • Organize and develop a new process to digitize current and historical promotional request forms.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Assist with daily ticketing duties and provide assistance with departmental organization
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Working toward bachelor’s degree in related field.

    Experience:

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for hospitality, sales, marketing or business
    • Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Good knowledge of country music.

    This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
