  • Overview

    The intern is dedicated to support the HR department with a primary focus of employee relations. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership and initiative, transfer classroom knowledge into practical experience, and work independently.

    Responsibilities

    • Review current employee engagement programs, research new initiatives, and provide recommendations for future additions.
    • Partner with functional experts to support employee engagement programs throughout the brand.
    • Tactically support new programming by executing on key deliverables.
    • Handle confidential HR related information.
    • Document current processes and procedures.
    • Assist Talent Acquisition team with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, attending job fairs/hiring events, and administrative duties.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Enrolled in an undergraduate program, studying Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.

    Experience:

    • One HR internship preferred.

    This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
