The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for executing on strategies to attract, acquire, engage, and monetize audiences for the Company’s various brands. The work will achieve Company objectives, including growth of customer database, improving customer retention, and driving revenue and incremental sales for all OEG brands and channels. This role supports our integrated media strategies and involves a mix of self-directed and collaborative work. This role also specializes in email acquisition marketing and engagement. The Email Marketing Manager will develop and oversee a comprehensive email marketing and customer relationship management strategy for all Opry Entertainment brands. The Manager will take the lead in customer communications via email channels, develop customer acquisition and retention strategies for the channel, and see them through to execution and analysis. The Email Marketing Manager will collaborate and communicate frequently with multiple team members, including with marketing services, IT services, and on-site teams for each brand as well as manage an external supplier.
