The General Manager is responsible for all daily operational and guest experiences at Ole Red (a restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination). He/she will monitor the development, implementation and execution of the business strategies. This includes all aspects of unit operations: service strategy, operational budget and sales strategies, entertainment strategy and programming, culinary, restaurants/bars, retail, and banquets/catering. The General Manager will grow revenue and maximize the financial performance of the attraction through products and services that meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the target customer.
