    Circle Media is a new experience bringing fans, artists and the country lifestyle together like never before. This Ryman Hospitality Properties (think Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Hotels, and Ryman Auditorium to name a few entities) and Gray TV joint venture has launched a Linear (TV) Network,  We are not stopping there, as we are preparing for our grand SVOD Digital launch in second quarter 2020.  There is not a better time to join this fast past startup bringing the Circle to Nashville, and the Nation!

     

    The Creative Director is responsible for leading and providing creative direction for Circle Media in support of its linear and SVOD programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Directing inventive 360-degree multi-platform brand strategies
    • Design for the organization supporting both linear and SVOD programs
    • Lead on-air/off-air multi-media, promotion, advertising, experiential activation, integrating multiplatform marketing and social media
    • Generating tune-in, audience expansion, revenue growth, and industry award winning content
    • Writing and ideation for multi-media marketing campaigns for original programming and content
    • Providing Creative Direction and script writing for linear and SVOD video branding projects
    • Strategizing, ideation, and development of programs and initiatives that support long term growth of the organization
    • Creation of all branding, marketing and graphic design elements
    • Developing and creating award winning multi-media programs
    • Promo campaigns for high priority programming
    • Generates development of agency initiatives and programs to aid the creative development and workflow
    • Partner with internal teams to develop insights and take action on findings
    • Work with business stakeholders to understand their core needs and create solutions that meet their objectives
    • Must be able to understand the key technological and architectural capabilities and constraints of a video-centered digital media platform to make well-informed decisions and facilitate cross-functional communication.

    Qualifications

    • BA in in Communication, Business or related field required.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital media, content, programming and production or related field preferred.
    • Experience with Wide Orbit.
    • Strong understanding of multi-channel digital media platforms, web, app, streaming and connected devices preferred.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of development.
