  • Overview

    The Concerts Administration Coordinator will work hand in hand with the Director of Concerts on all day to day duties.  They will maintain reports, create settlement forms, review contracts, and help maintain the calendar for all concerts booked at the Ryman and Opry House.


    • Creates settlement forms for all concerts booked at the Ryman and Opry House.
    • Once approved by RHP legal, reviews, redlines, and executes all concert contracts.
    • Reviews concert offers submitted by promoters and other clients.
    • Maintains utilization report and other financial reports such as PRO reports.
    • Develops concert proforma’s and maintains the booking pace report, in conjunction with Director of Concerts, and prepares and distributes comparisons of proforma versus actual show results to insure that budgeted financial targets are achieved
    • Maintains the Ryman and Opry concerts calendar and assists with EventBooking (Calendar) training and account management.
    • Check box office build forms for all concerts.
    • Maintain physical and digital show folders for every concert.
    • Maintain Director of Concerts calendar and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.



    • Bachelor’s Degree required


    • At least 1-2-year experience in events or concert industry

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Detailed oriented
    • Strong computer skills; Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Ticketmaster experience a plus.
    • Must have strong communication skills


    • This position requires a pre-employment drug screening.
