The Ole Red Marketing Manager will coordinate and execute local Marketing activities for Ole Red (Orlando). This individual is responsible for executing on planned and real-time customer communication that optimizes customer count, food/beverage/retail sales, promotes and competitively positions the Ole Red brand, creates engagement and in-venue interaction, and optimizes data collection efforts inside the venue. The Marketing Manager will collaborate actively with the OEG marketing team ensuring alignment with the Ole Red strategic marketing plan and brand standards, while partnering with the GM on the development, implementation and execution of business strategies to grow the business.

The IT Business Partner is an IT leader who is a liaison and conduit for one or more business functions within the company. Will serve as a strategic partner with stakeholders (executives and operational managers) reporting to the Director of IT Strategy, who directly reports to the CIO. Will develop relationships with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand their business environment, desired capabilities, and current challenges in order to provide proactive, strategic IT consultation. This position will develop and maintain a project roadmap and ensure roadmaps are aligned to that of business functions/units. Will also be responsible for driving the strategic & tactical project portfolio in order to deliver solutions for the business units. This position will also mentor and coach junior Business Partners and senior business leaders on various aspects of RHP IT Platform, emerging technologies and facilitate innovation.

To serve as the front-line sales and information representative for the company, selling all Ryman HP attractions to guests calling the call center or visiting one of the box offices. To provide excellent customer service in responding to guests’ questions and requests while maximizing sales opportunities and revenue.

The Circle Strategic Partnership team is responsible for PR, special events, sponsorship and media sales, affiliate relations and music industry relations. The best fit intern will support the team by setting meetings, taking notes, helping organize events, and assisting with the preparation of press releases.
